Media outlets are effective by grouping contacts together according to which media outlet they work for. You can also catalog the company's information and add contacts that work with that company.  

 

To add a media outlet:

 

1. Hover over "Apps"

2. Click on "CRM"

3. Hover over "Outlets" 

4. Click "Add Outlet"

3. There are five (5) sections which you will need to enter information

a. Media Outlet Settings

b. Press Release Submission

c. Editorial/ General Telephone

d. Web links

e. Postal Address/ Mailing Address

 

4. Click "Save"
